The Client was faced with the urgent need to re-design their existing Clinical Trials application that was designed by a vendor (a Public Company in NASDAQ) that ended in a disaster which reported erroneous data.

AVS Systems was selected out of 4 vendors.

Action

Re-Engineered, designed and implemented a major web-based Intranet project that involved development of an ODS to capture and analyze Clinical Trials data, assisted and mentored clients research analysts on proper usage of the custom-designed application to generate optimal reports.

Result

Results are based on increased ROI, savings millions of dollar, and reporting accurate data that is being used for analysis, comparison, re-use, and reporting.
